Privacy Policy

1. What we are

bullbull.ai is a credibility scoring service. We analyse publicly available posts on X (Twitter) to produce factual track-record scores (“Cred Points”) for online creators who have made dated, verifiable predictions in public. We do not run a prediction market, betting service, or investment advisory.

bullbull.ai is an early-stage project operated by its founders, pending incorporation. For any question or request relating to this policy, contact hello@bullbull.ai.

2. Data about scored creators

Cred Points scores are based on information that creators have themselves made public on X. Specifically, we process:

• Public posts (tweets) containing dated predictions, tagged with @bullbull or identified by our systems.
• The public X handle, display name, and profile image of the creator.
• Outcome data (whether a predicted event occurred) sourced from public news, market, or official result data.

We do not collect private messages, email addresses, or off-platform data about scored creators. Scores are derived mechanically from public claims and public outcomes.

3. Data about visitors and waitlist members

When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you provide, plus any optional details you choose to share (whether you identify as a creator or follower, and your social handle), along with basic technical context — the page you signed up from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a referral code if you arrived through an invite link. We use this solely to notify you of launch and to understand how people are finding us. We do not sell or share it with third parties. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@bullbull.ai.

We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics. Plausible is cookieless, does not track you across websites, and stores no personal data. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Our signup form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse; that use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Scores about real people

Cred Points scores are factual summaries of publicly made predictions. We treat them as editorial commentary on a person’s public professional record, not as private personal data. Nevertheless, we take the following steps:

• Scores are computed only from predictions the creator themselves made publicly.
• We do not infer, estimate, or speculate beyond what is recorded in public posts.
• Any person scored may query or request a correction to their score — see our How scoring works page for the process.

5. Data retention

Score data is retained for as long as the scored person has an active public presence on the platform. We will remove or anonymise a creator’s score data upon a verified removal request (see below).

6. Your rights & contact

You may contact us to: access data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate score data; request deletion of your data; or object to processing. Requests should be sent to hello@bullbull.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.
