1. About bullbull.ai

bullbull.ai (“bullbull”, “we”, “us”) is a credibility and reputation platform that measures how often online creators’ publicly stated, dated predictions resolve correctly. We produce a “Cred Points” score — a factual track-record metric based on public data.

bullbull.ai is not a prediction market, a betting or gambling platform, a trading platform, or a provider of investment advice of any kind. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. Pre-launch & waitlist

bullbull.ai is currently in pre-launch. By joining the waitlist or interacting with our X (Twitter) bot, you acknowledge that the service is under active development, features may change, and no guarantees of availability or continuity are made.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated claims for tracking.
• Attempt to manipulate or game the scoring system through coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or make malicious claims about other people.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform’s systems in any unauthorised manner.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for violations of these terms.

4. Scores and public data

Cred Points scores are computed from publicly available data (principally posts on X / Twitter). Scores reflect a factual analysis of publicly stated, dated predictions — they are not endorsements, opinions, or editorial judgements. See our How scoring works page for full methodology.

If you believe your score contains an error, you may submit a correction request as described on the transparency page.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that scores are accurate, complete, or up to date. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bullbull.ai is not liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on information presented on this platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
